Mirror Road is a street of about 870 feet in South Billerica, inland from Ranlett Grove, running north-east from Satuckett Lane to the corner of Lupine Lane, Pinetree Road and Cardinal Road. It was laid out fifty feet wide on a "Subdivision Plan of Land in Billerica" drawn by George H. Poor, surveyor, in November 1967, which re-divided earlier lots of the old Ranlett farm, registered in the Land Court as case 2792, into house lots numbered 326 to 405 on Mirror Road, Solar Road, Edgar Road, Kirk Road, Hilary Road and Pinetree Road, and carried Satuckett Lane and Lupine Lane east from the riverside lots of 1909. The court approved the plan on January 27, 1970, and it was registered on June 5, 1970 as Land Court Plan 2792-T (Registration Book 89, Page 29). The plan names no owner; the town's 1973 report called the development "Ranlett Grove," after the older colony beside it.

The plan does not explain the name, and its origin was not found. Mirror Road and Solar Road run side by side between Satuckett Lane and Lupine Lane. The first registered conveyance indexed under the street is dated July 26, 1973, and the assessors date most of the houses to 1973 and 1974, with a few built in 1977, 1989 and 1994.

The annual town meeting warrant of 1976 listed the street as "Mirror Lane" under Article 37. At the session of May 13, 1976 the town voted "to accept the laying out of MIRROR ROAD in accordance with a plan on file with the Town Clerk a way 50 feet wide and 870 feet long," with the Street Acceptance Committee and the Finance Committee concurring, and accepted Solar Road, Satuckett Lane, Lupine Lane and Pinetree Road at the same session. Mirror Road was repaved in fiscal 2004 under the town's Roadway Management Contracts and crack sealed in 2019.
